We will accept returns on Ginger Jars if received undamaged within 15 days from the date you received your order. We can only accept returns with an issued RMA number. Please contact us to receive your RMA number and Fedex return label to complete your return.

Refunds: Upon receipt, you will receive your refund within 5-7 business days less the cost of return shipping. 

lamps, textiles and all other items

As each of these pieces are custom painted or printed upon purchase, all sales are final. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us to coordinate an exchange. 

Refunds: Each piece is custom made per order, therefore we are not able to offer refunds for these purchases.
